Weight gaining challenge. Is it possible?

Hello everyone, It has been a while since my last post. Thats because I have been working on my businesses, but now that they are up and going I have more time to do other things. One of those other things is something I have been wanting to do my whole life, and that is to gain weight.

Due to genetics I have a really fast metabolism, which for some people may sound awesome to have, but for me it has been a curse. I have been bullied for being skinny, insulted by girls for being to “skinny” despite me being 6’3 I am not muscly enough you could say. Due to my genetics I have been told my whole life that it is impossible to gain weight, and until now I have believed those people(family&friends), but I have decided not to listen to those people anymore. This brand is about chasing your fears, so this is a big one I am going to be chasing. The cause behind this is for several reasons. One of the reasons is a girl from my school who everyone wants but can never get said if I had more muscle I would be way more attractive. As A 19 year old boy, that gets some gears turning in your head. So I have decided to go after this goal.

How this is going to work is; I will be posting a post at least once a week explaining my diet, my exercise, and my mood. I know blogging isn’t popular anymore, but I am documenting this mainly for me, but feel free to follow along, That would be AWESOME! Maybe I can inspire someone to do the same. I know losing and gaining weight isnt the same. But I feel me gaining weight is going to be just as hard as someone who wants to lose weight, So lets do this together.

This is what I currently look like, and currently weight, as you see; im sure weighing 140 as a 6’3 male isnt great. I have adjusted my diet and will be taking supplements to help me gain weight. Only protein powder, nothing else. If I do happen to start taking anything else I will let you guys know in my future blog posts. I beleive anytning is possible if you put your mind to it. I want to weight 160 by the end of february, it is currently january 24th, I do currently go to the gym, so the muscle will come as I start to gain weight.
